DxF Community Sandbox

Stakeholders can leverage this external product to securely and rapidly test, collaborate, and scale new workflows to fully realize the value and promise of the DxF.

The DSA Signatory Grants Program has come to an end as of March 31, 2026. 

HCAI and PCG will reach out to Grantees if additional information is needed upon reviewing submitted applications.

Opportunity for Public Comment

The California Department of Healthcare Access and Information (HCAI) is providing public notice of intended administrative changes to the Real-Time Exchange Policy and Procedure. Objections are due no later than 5:00pm PT Wednesday, August 5, 2026. 

 

  • The proposed administrative change would replace “Notification of ADT Events” and “event” in Section III.1.c. with the defined terms “Event Notifications” and “Event” introduced in the Technical Requirements for Exchange Policy and Procedure amended on January 21, 2026, and currently defined in the Glossary of Defined Terms. 

 

Because this administrative change updates outdated terminology of an earlier Policy and Procedure with their newly defined terms established by a later Policy and Procedure that was subject to public comment, this administrative change does not result in any change to the meaning of the P&P nor to expectations of Participants. As such, HCAI is seeking public comment only with respect to these proposed administrative changes.  

Stakeholders that wish to object to HCAI’s determination that these changes are administrative may submit an objection, along with an explanation of the basis for the objection, via the web-based form available at this link. Objections are due no later than 5:00pm PT Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
