DxF in the Community

 

We want to hear from you! HCAI has taken on the responsibility of the DxF to improve the state of data exchange in CA and is embarking on a state-wide stakeholder listening tour. The department will be engaging with stakeholders through interviews and a digital feedback survey. We encourage all stakeholders to share their perspectives by completing the survey by October 31st: HCAI DxF Listening Tour Survey. You can also connect with us in-person at the upcoming Civitas Conference in Anaheim on September 29th. For any questions or feedback on the listening tour, please contact us at DxF@freedassociates.com.
