7. May my organization sign the Data Exchange Framework (DxF) Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) on behalf of a contracted organization that is a required signatory to the DxF DSA?
No. Any entity required by statute to sign the DxF DSA must execute the agreement themselves. See FAQ #1 for a list of the entities required to sign the DxF DSA as set forth in Health and Safety Code section 130290(f).
